A chest X-ray costs patients about KSh 500 to 1,500 in a public hospital and KSh 3,000 to 8,000 in a private one. A WinguRAD report costs your facility KSh 60 to 100.

What counts as one report?
One token is used when a radiologist finalises (signs) a report. Opening studies, looking at images, storing them, sharing them and patient QR links are all free.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens stay on your facility's balance until they're used.
How do we pay?
Top up from inside the app with M-Pesa or a debit or credit card. Network customers can also pay by invoice against an LPO.
Are radiologist fees included?
No. Token prices cover the WinguRAD platform. If your own radiologists report, you pay them as you do today. If you use radiologists from the WinguRAD network, we agree their reading fees with you up front, per type of exam.
Can several facilities share tokens?
Tokens belong to one facility, so each site's spending is easy to track. On the Network plan we set up all your facilities under one account and one invoice.
